Accounting and planning in one system
Developed jointly by the two companies, fidivio is designed for the financial management of loyalty programs. According to the companies, the platform directly connects loyalty program operations with corporate finance, supporting financial control and improving program economics.
Loyalty Juggernaut and On Point Loyalty have presented fidivio as the loyalty industry's first unified platform for financial planning, analysis and accounting. The solution is aimed at finance teams, loyalty program teams and executives.
The IFRS-compliant accounting module automates the calculation of deferred revenue and program liabilities. Users can also access configurable accounting rules, financial statements and reconciliation outputs.
Scenarios and natural-language queries
The financial planning and analysis functions connect program performance with budgets and forecasts. Teams can model the impact of points or rewards being issued, redeemed and expiring, examine financial sensitivities, and identify the steps needed to achieve defined financial targets.
The platform also includes fidi AI, a financial assistant. It enables users to examine trends and financial variances through natural-language questions, as well as create tailored reports and dashboards. Users can also explore financial scenarios based on authorized program data.
Shyam Shah, CEO and co-founder of Loyalty Juggernaut, said companies expect loyalty programs to contribute more to growth, requiring greater discipline in how programs are funded and managed. Evert de Boer, CEO of fidivio, said loyalty programs had become significant financial businesses, but their financial management was often fragmented across systems and spreadsheets.
GRAVTY integration and live enterprise use
fidivio runs on AWS and comes pre-integrated with Loyalty Juggernaut's GRAVTY platform. According to the company, this gives finance and loyalty program teams a shared view of how programs operate and their financial impact. fidivio can also integrate with other loyalty program management and corporate finance systems.
The platform is intended for a range of operating models, including in-house programs, profit centers and standalone loyalty business units. The solution is already running in production at Mexico-based Nexxia, which provides loyalty and data services to brands in Latin America.
Liliana Galeano Pardo, CFO of Nexxia, said fidivio provides a unified view of deferred revenue and program liabilities while supporting reconciliation and financial oversight. According to the companies, the platform therefore offers financial processes that can scale with loyalty program growth, along with greater transparency.
