Direct communication tools in the development workflow
Sinch AB said it has become a Marketplace Partner in the SpaceX Super Intelligence, or SpaceXSI, Partner Network. The partnership aims to enable teams developing enterprise applications to integrate Sinch's voice, authentication, messaging and email solutions directly into Grok Build workflows.
Grok Build previously operated under the name Cursor. According to the announcement, SpaceXSI expands the possibilities of artificial intelligence, including in the areas of cutting-edge AI models, intelligent agents and agent-based software development.
Sinch said the integration can be used to build applications in which AI agents handle customer inquiries, automate routine tasks and support various business processes.
The plugin is available with a single installation
The Sinch plugin is currently available on the Cursor Marketplace. The package includes the Sinch Model Context Protocol, or MCP server, as well as 15 Skills in a single installation.
This gives developers and AI coding agents access to up-to-date knowledge of Sinch APIs and the tools needed to build communications functionality. Developers can integrate messaging and authentication workflows, among other capabilities, and test communications features.
According to Sinch, the plugin can reduce the need to search documentation manually and build integrations from scratch. Communications capabilities can be designed and tested while the application is being developed, rather than being added only after the completed system is ready.
Built on Sinch infrastructure designed for enterprise use
According to Sinch, the integration runs on carrier-grade infrastructure prepared for compliance requirements and used at enterprise scale. The company claims that solutions built this way can scale from the first user to several million users without requiring the system to be redesigned.
Petter Bengtsson, Sinch's executive vice president responsible for AI Ecosystem & Partnerships, said Grok Build significantly expands developers' capabilities, while Sinch ensures that the applications they create can reach customers in production environments.
“Through the SpaceXSI Partner Network, we are reducing the distance between working code and customer communications ready for production. Developers build with the help of AI, while reaching customers through infrastructure designed for reliability, scalability and complex compliance requirements,” Bengtsson said.
