Andavi Solutions has acquired Infilect, combining its sales execution platform with Infilect’s image recognition and Agentic AI technology for consumer goods and beverage companies. The companies say the deal will help field teams identify retail conditions and act on them faster.

Key points
  • Andavi Solutions acquired Bengaluru-based AI company Infilect.
  • Infilect analyzes retail images and videos for execution metrics.
  • Field teams can receive next-best actions in near real time.
  • Combined solutions are already in production with beverage alcohol customers.
  • Infilect will keep its existing product, team, customers, and service commitments.

Combining sales execution with visual intelligence

Andavi Solutions, which provides an end-to-end sales execution platform for beverage and consumer goods companies, announced the acquisition on Nov. 4, 2026. Infilect is an AI technology company based in Bengaluru, India, with operations in the United States.

Infilect’s image recognition platform analyzes photos and videos from retail shelves, displays, menus, and backbars. It can identify SKUs, facings, pricing, availability, share of shelf, competitor activity, and other execution metrics.

By combining those capabilities with Andavi’s sales execution platform, the companies aim to move field teams beyond manual surveys and static reporting. Representatives can capture a photo or video during a store visit and receive next-best actions in near real time.

A focus on faster action in stores

The combined platform is designed to give management greater visibility into execution gaps, out-of-stocks, pricing, merchandising, and growth opportunities. The companies describe the result as a comprehensive AI-led platform for retail execution.

“This acquisition advances our strategy to build a more intelligent sales execution platform,” said Nina Vellayan, CEO of Andavi Solutions. “Infilect gives our customers better visibility into what is happening in the market and helps turn those insights into action.”

Vijay Gabale, co-founder and CPTO of Infilect, said the company’s goal was to give consumer goods companies better visibility into every store. “Joining Andavi allows us to expand that vision and accelerate our Agentic AI roadmap for field execution,” he said.

Integration is already under way

Andavi and Infilect have already begun integrating their technologies. Combined solutions are currently in production with beverage alcohol customers, according to the announcement.

Infilect will continue operating with its existing product, team, customer relationships, and service commitments. Anand Prabhu Subramanian, co-founder and CEO of Infilect, said the acquisition would allow the company to bring its technology to more customers while continuing to scale globally.

“Together, we can deliver faster, more actionable retail intelligence,” Subramanian said. For users, the acquisition points to a tighter connection between what field representatives see in stores and the actions their organizations take. The announcement positions that connection as a way to improve retail visibility, compliance, pricing, merchandising, and sales execution.
