Veho has launched Pulse AI, a platform that helps e-commerce brands turn delivery data into post-purchase intelligence. Its conversational Pulse Agent lets teams ask questions about deliveries in plain English and receive answers, analysis and visualizations.

Key points
  • Veho launched Pulse AI for post-purchase delivery intelligence.
  • Pulse Agent lets teams ask delivery questions in plain English.
  • The platform uses data from deliveries facilitated through Veho.
  • Veho plans to add customer sentiment, support and commercial signals.
  • Pulse AI and Pulse Agent will enter beta with select Veho clients.

A conversational view of the delivery experience

Pulse AI is built on billions of data points from deliveries facilitated through the Veho platform. The company says the platform brings together shipment events, service performance, delivery exceptions and other signals to show what happens after checkout and how that experience affects customer behavior.

At the center of the offering is Pulse Agent, which gives teams a conversational way to explore delivery data instead of relying on separate reports and dashboards. The initial focus includes questions about service performance. Veho says every delivery can reveal the promise made at checkout, the experience received by the customer and how the customer responded.

Because Veho facilitates both the delivery network and the customer-facing experience around it, the company says Pulse AI can connect operational performance with the customer experience it creates.

What teams can use Pulse Agent to investigate

Veho says Pulse Agent will over time help different business functions connect delivery experiences with customer and commercial outcomes. E-commerce teams can examine how delivery relates to repeat purchase, retention and lifetime value. Customer experience and loyalty teams can identify post-purchase moments associated with satisfaction, engagement and loyalty across customer segments.

Marketing teams can use delivery preferences, timing and customer engagement to identify opportunities for more personalized post-purchase experiences. Customer care teams can investigate individual shipments, delivery exceptions and claims, while operations teams can diagnose service problems and root causes.

Finance and business teams can connect shipping costs, claims and service performance with broader customer and commercial outcomes. Veho says the longer-term goal is to help brands understand what customers value, which experiences build trust and loyalty, and what brings them back.

Beta access and Veho's planned expansion

Pulse AI is designed for enterprise use, with controls intended to protect how client and operational data is accessed and processed. Veho plans to connect delivery data with additional signals over time, including customer sentiment, support interactions and commercial outcomes. The company says this could give brands a more comprehensive view of which post-purchase experiences drive satisfaction, repeat purchase, loyalty and long-term customer value.

Pulse AI and Pulse Agent will be available in beta to select Veho clients. Clients can request access through their Client Success Manager.

Itamar Zur, Veho's co-founder and CEO, described delivery as a key “moment of truth” in e-commerce. “Pulse AI turns that data into intelligence that teams across the business can use,” Zur said in the company's announcement, adding that the system is intended to help brands better understand customers, make smarter decisions and create more personalized e-commerce experiences.
