Orion's enterprise agentic SDLC platform suite now available
Orion Innovation has made the next generation of its OI NEBULA agentic software development life cycle platform suite available worldwide. Designed for enterprise use, the system coordinates AI agents from planning through release and introduces new tools for modernizing legacy systems and supporting AI-based coding.

Built on more than a year of real-world experience
Orion Innovation announced the general availability of the next generation of OI NEBULA on November 3. According to the company, the expanded platform suite had previously been tested with a smaller group of customer companies in real-world conditions for more than a year.
Based on that experience, Orion improved reliability, performance and automation. The suite covers the entire software development life cycle, from requirements through release. The platform coordinates specialized AI agents for planning, architecture, development, testing, security and deployment.
According to Orion, the goal is to address engineering bottlenecks that go beyond code generation. Designed for enterprise environments, the new version also offers governance controls, human-in-the-loop reviews, real-time security remediation, enforcement of engineering standards, and on-premises and private cloud deployment.
Two new components for modernization and AI coding oversight
One of the new features in the next generation of OI NEBULA is OI GORDIAN, which supports the modernization of existing systems. According to the company, the tool extracts business rules, workflows, dependencies, system behavior, data structures, and the relationships between applications and data directly from legacy applications.
This verified documentation and knowledge base can be created before transformation programs begin. It is designed to support the preparation needed to transform complex legacy systems.
OI GANTRY complements the company's existing AI coding tools. It monitors AI coding assistants in real time and, according to Orion, identifies hallucinations, stalled sessions, deviations from specifications and other issues before code review. Gantry can also be used alongside Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Governance features and global availability
Other new features in the suite include greater autonomy for long-running tasks, AI-based application development and maintenance, a dashboard displaying key metrics, and enhanced enterprise governance. Orion also links its commitment to responsible AI use, risk management and accountability to its ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification.
Rajul Rana, chief technology officer at Orion Innovation, said companies need systems that embed enterprise standards, accountability, governance and security across the entire software process. Chief executive Brian Bronson described the combination of Orion's software development expertise and proactive AI as one of Nebula's distinguishing features.
