A platform for voice and digital customer interactions
Parloa's platform is designed to help organizations build, optimize and manage AI agents across the customer lifecycle and multiple channels. Through the agreement, Deloitte Canada will bring the platform to clients seeking to modernize contact centers, improve customer experiences and increase operational efficiency.
According to Parloa, organizations in Canada are facing rising customer expectations, higher service volumes and pressure to deliver personalized experiences at lower cost. The companies say their collaboration will help clients move beyond traditional automation and support high-volume customer interactions across voice and digital channels.
Parloa says its platform is used by leading organizations to run AI-powered customer interactions at enterprise scale. The company says these interactions can provide more natural and personalized experiences, shorter wait times and more consistent service, while human agents focus on issues requiring empathy, personal judgment and appropriate oversight.
Moving AI projects from pilots into production
The companies are structuring the collaboration around issues that can delay or prevent AI programs from reaching production. Deloitte Canada will contribute capabilities in contact center strategy, systems integration and change management, while the combined offering is intended to help clients establish governance, data foundations and operating models for AI.
“Most agentic AI projects in CX stall because the technology is forced into a tech stack it was never built for,” said Chris Silver, Chief Revenue Officer at Parloa. He said Parloa allows customers to design, deploy, test and optimize agents around their systems, channels and data before going live, while Deloitte can support implementation and governance at enterprise scale.
The alliance will cover contact center modernization roadmaps and business cases, conversational AI and virtual agent design, agentic AI implementation and governance, integration with existing customer service platforms and enterprise systems, change management, operating model transformation, and ongoing optimization and managed services.
Canadian data residency and the role of human teams
Parloa says its Zones capability gives legal and security teams a way to prove data residency in Canada and in other regions without re-architecting the platform for each new market. The feature is part of the platform's offering to organizations managing customer interactions across different locations.
“Customer service has become the moment of truth for brand loyalty, and AI agents are redefining what every interaction can be,” said Angela Gordon, Partner at Deloitte Canada. She said the alliance will help organizations redesign service around what AI agents and people each do best, with the goal of delivering faster, more personal resolutions while allowing employees to focus on higher-value interactions.
For Canadian organizations, the agreement provides a route to combine an AI agent platform with consulting and implementation support. Parloa describes the partnership as part of Deloitte Canada's investment in the Future of Service, aimed at helping clients move from traditional contact center modernization toward AI-first customer engagement models.
