An AI teammate built around Salesforce data
Agentforce Coworker is designed to let employees start with a job rather than choose between different AI agents. According to Salesforce, it can plan the steps, coordinate relevant Agentforce agents and workflows, and return results and recommended actions for review.
For example, a seller can ask Coworker to investigate an at-risk renewal. The system can help gather service history, identify unresolved cases, prepare customer follow-up and coordinate supported actions across the relevant agents and workflows.
Salesforce says Coworker uses existing Salesforce records, business metadata and connected data through Data 360. It operates within the company’s established security and governance framework, including applicable employee permissions, sharing rules and configured access controls. Approval and audit capabilities are available for supported operations.
New ways to delegate work
Coworker can now be used through Microsoft Teams, allowing employees to hand it a job in a conversation without switching applications. New Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections bring email, calendars and files together with Salesforce data, which Salesforce says can support meeting briefs and renewal plans with broader customer context.
New iOS, Mac and Windows apps let users delegate work from a laptop, track progress on a phone and review results or approve actions across devices. Conversation History lets users continue a conversation across Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and the new apps without starting over.
Reusable Skills turn established workflows into one-line requests. Salesforce gives the example of converting a top representative’s renewal playbook into a workflow that an entire team can run. Scheduled tasks are expected in December 2026, alongside Daily Digest, which is intended to present users with their top priorities each morning.
Customers expand use as availability broadens
Salesforce says Coworker is being deployed across financial services, professional services and manufacturing. Fulton Bank has deployed more than 20 use cases supporting approximately 3,000 users. The Adecco Group is expanding Coworker across 40 countries, while BACA Systems enabled it in an environment with 1,300 custom objects.
“Agentforce Coworker has been a game changer for Fulton Bank. We’re already seeing substantial daily usage and real examples of how Coworker is helping teammates find information faster, prepare more effectively, and move work forward,” said Brandon Bernard, Senior Vice President/Sales Technology Strategist, Fulton Bank.
Salesforce lists Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connectivity, Conversation History, Skills and the per-user, per-month SKU as available now. Agentforce Coworker in Microsoft Teams, the iOS app, Mac and Windows desktop apps, the Coworker MCP server and a free trial for Flex Credits customers are generally available in November 2026.
A new pricing option costs $50 per user per month, according to Salesforce. Customers can turn on Agentforce Coworker in Setup today, while purchasing decisions are subject to product availability, customer agreements and regional limits. The expansion gives Salesforce customers a way to apply existing business data and permissions to delegated AI work, rather than starting with a separate implementation.
