AI analyst takes center stage in Clarivoy
According to Clarivoy, the new platform was developed for dealers, dealer groups, agencies and automotive manufacturer partners. The aim is to give users a fast, independent view of which marketing activities contribute to vehicle sales.
The platform's central new feature is Claire, an AI data analyst built directly into Clarivoy. Users can start with familiar reports, where Claire provides built-in recommendations showing the highest- and lowest-performing channels and vendors, flags unusual spending and highlights month-over-month changes.
Dealers can also ask questions about channels, ROAS, lead providers, paid search, marketplaces, television, streaming services or cost per sale. Clarivoy says Claire responds within seconds, without requiring users to write queries or create separate prompts. The feature is included with the new Clarivoy at no additional cost.
Clarivoy data is also available through external AI tools
The new Clarivoy MCP Connector provides a secure connection to Clarivoy data for dealers' own AI tools and agents. The company cites ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini as examples. A dealer could, for instance, ask which lead sources generated the most used-truck sales in the previous month and receive the answer in whichever tool they are using.
According to the company, this requires no data export, upload or waiting for a separate report. The accompanying API provides the same access to dealer groups', agencies' and automotive manufacturer partners' own reporting and business intelligence tools.
Yuriy Demidko, Clarivoy's head of technology and product development, said the platform was rebuilt around the principle that answers should reach users where they work. According to the company's statement, Claire presents those answers within the platform, while the MCP Connector and API bring independent sales attribution data into the AI tools and systems dealers use.
The path to a sale can be tracked in a single view
The next-generation Clarivoy also includes the Customer Journey Replay feature. It shows every touchpoint leading to a sale in a single view and can be filtered by brand, model or year. Dealers can therefore examine the marketing activities associated with sales of specific vehicles.
The new Search Terms Report reveals the search terms behind attributed vehicle sales, rather than just clicks or impressions. The platform has also been optimized for mobile use, without requiring an app installation. Other changes include a redesigned interface, near-instant loading, automated report delivery and group-level reporting that handles all locations in a single view.
General availability began on November 2, 2026. According to Clarivoy's November 3 statement, all current Clarivoy Multi-Touch Attribution customers have been moved to the new platform and have access to the new capabilities. The company also emphasizes that it does not sell media, positioning its attribution data as independent of channels and vendors.
Johnson Automotive was among the dealers granted early access. According to marketing director Erick Kirks, the Customer Journey Replay report is useful for sales managers when showing that buyers often demonstrate significant activity before contacting sales representatives.
